City of Greer to Purchase Three Electric Vehicles
The City of Greer is spending $57,403 on electric vehicles ahead of the upcoming downtown streetscape project.
The vehicles will be used to transport customers to Greer Station businesses during the year and a half construction, officials said.
The low speed vehicles will be used in downtown Greer during the streetscape construction. The vehicles have nine-seats, three rows of three bench seats.
The batteries provide a 50-60 miles range after one full charge.
