Fountain Colored Pink in Support

If you happen to drive by Greer City Park, you’re likely to see that the familiar fountain is colored pink! It is a reminder that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The City of Greer has decided to dye the Greer City Park Fountain pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The month is organized by the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to “Help those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services.”

We are glad that our city is in support of patients in need.
