Tropical Storm Florence to Possibly Impact Greer

Tropical Storm Florence is nearing the SC coast. The storms track is likely to hit the Carolina coast. The storm could cause conditions equivalent to Hurricane Irma in the greater Greer area around Thursday, September 13, 2018.

Dependent on how strong the upper ridge is, the storm could move through our area or to the north.

The Cone of Uncertainty has the center of the storm hitting the Carolina Coast.

The Tropical Storm will likely strengthen to a category 4 hurricane over the next few days.
